Born and raised in New Jersey, I couldn’t wait to get out west to where the forests grow. After getting a Forest Management degree at Oregon State University I wandered to Alaska then back to Oregon. After a brief stop in Florida I somehow ending up back in New Jersey. Now I'm an Environmental Attorney with a camera.
I am just a guy who uses a camera as an excuse to go find the amazing places and things that are past the end of the road. The intent is to explore and find something interesting to photograph. My first choice is usually large mammals but if you go where they should be and they didn’t get the message then it’s on to other mammals, birds, landscapes or whatever else happens to be there. Of course, waterfalls and rivers; beaches and dunes; mountains, deserts, and canyons; and volcanoes, etc etc etc are always good places to explore.
